On December 14, the UEFA headquarters hosted the 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Round of 32 draw
Shakhtar were in the seeded teams pot. The club was drawn against Maccabi Tel-Aviv.
The Miners will play the first leg on 18 February away, with the return leg to be held on 25 February in Ukraine.
