On October 15, all the Shakhtar players, coaches and staff members taking part in the process of preparation for the game vs Lviv had the COVID-19 tests
On Friday, October 16, they confirmed the test results - all negative. Accordingly, the same team squad are completing their preparations for the Premier League MD6 game against Lviv. It will take place at the NSC Olimpiyskiy at 17:00 on October 17.
Pyatov and Stepanenko to undergo a medical
Goalkeeper Andriy Pyatov and midfielder Taras Stepanenko also tested negative. The players are about to complete their self-isolation – they will have a medical examination to decide on the date for them to resume training.
The rest to be tested on Sunday
Another 9 Shakhtar players who were diagnosed with the coronavirus on October 8 still self-isolate. As we announced previously, they will be tested on Sunday, October 18.
