Shakhtar manager Luis Castro summed up the match against Zorya

- There were two absolutely different halves in the game. In the first game, there was much more of Zorya than Shakhtar - the opponents made ten attempts at our goal. In the second one, there was much more of Shakhtar, with just three attempts made by the opponents. Why is that? We were stretched too much across the pitch in the first half. We wanted to press high - it did not work because the team weren’t compact enough, with huge gaps between the midfield and the defensive third. Zorya sent their two attackers there and thus opened up our defence - the ball very often went goalwards both after deliveries and passes from midfielders. In the second half, we were able to correct those mistakes, winning the ball and being much closer to winning. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to win today. In the first half we lost 1-2, in the second half we won 1-0. The final result is 2-2. But again, in general there were two completely different halves in the game. In the first one Zorya deserved to win, in the second one we did. By the way, late in the first half, in the last 10 minutes, it was Shakhtar who bossed it. We performed well for 55 minutes and poorly for 35 minutes.

- Today, you entrusted Trubin with a place between the sticks. How satisfied are you?
- Trubin has also played in the first round this league season. That’s no news to anyone. I regard Trubin just as Pyatov, Shevchenko and Hrytsenko. I field them just when I decide to deploy a certain player. It depends on their performance throughout the season.
