The Miners’ preparation for the match against Dnipro-1 reaches its home straight
On the morning of April 29, Luis Castro and the coaching staff held a half-hour theory session with the players, it was entirely about the upcoming match (at the NSC Olimpiyskiy at 17:00 on the 1st of May).
90 minutes of training
The training session on the field of the Sviatoshyn sports complex lasted 90 minutes. A warm-up lasted twenty minutes before the players practised ball control in the squares, various shooting combinations and a series of small-sided games. Also, in the second half of the session, the Orange-and-Blacks exercised finishing, 3 vs 2 challenges and other elements.
