Shakhtar continue preparing for the match vs Mariupol
On April 8, the training session in Sviatoshyno was preceded by a thirty-minute video analysis. The team was also tested for coronavirus today.
Then, Luis Castro’s men went to the pitch: a warm-up and ball control exercises were followed by build-up play practice, counterattacks and shooting, as well as a small-sided game across the pitch. In total, the session lasted 70 minutes.

We want to mention the return of Ismaily and Viktor Korniienko to the general group. David Khocholava trained individually, and Yevhen Konoplyanka follows his own injury recovery programme.
The Premier League MD21 game Mariupol vs Shakhtar will take place on Saturday, April 10, at the NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kyiv. It kicks off at 14:00.
