- All three Shakhtar newcomers - Lassina Traore, Pedrinho and Marlon - played in the starting lineup in the first two friendlies. How quickly did they manage to join the team and understand Roberto De Zerbi's ideas?

- The footballers are in the process of adaptation and getting used to De Zerbi's system of play, but even now from time to time they demonstrate certain good qualities that helped them find themselved at Shakhtar.

- Can you name the strongest sides of each of the newcomers?

- All three of them have good technique, the presence of which our play requires. They have different roles, and each of them has some special attributes at a particular position. Marlon is a centre-back who feels comfortable with the ball, which is very important to us. Pedrinho is a playmaker who can solve problems in tight spaces. And Lassina Traore combines qualities such as power, pace and technique.

- You attend Shakhtar training sessions in Austria every day. How is the Miners’ play changing and what new things have Roberto De Zerbi and his staff introduced into the process?

- Roberto is very attack-oriented and instils in his players this mentality, which, of course, was already present at Shakhtar. Now the players already understand the new requirements, and in a short time we will be showing the kind of football that the coach wants to see.

- Is everything going according to the plan at the training camp?

- Like any pre-season training camp, this one is also meant to instil a team spirit in the players and adapt them to the coach's requirements.

- What kind of Shakhtar play can the fans expect in the new season?

- They can be sure that Shakhtar will display some dominating performance and control the ball. It doesn't matter what opponents face us, the ball will be under our control.

- Should fans expect any newcomers before the transfer window closes?
