On June 13, a large-scale broadcast of the Netherlands vs Ukraine match took place at the NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kyiv

The event took place in compliance with all quarantine regulations and became possible thanks to Ukraine’s title partner Parimatch and FC Shakhtar.

Incredible support

10,000 fans gathered at the country’s major arena to support the Ukraine national team in the Euro 2020 opener vs the Netherlands. They included children with disabilities who had been given free access to the stadium. A record-breaking 160-square-metre giant screen was erected specially for the live broadcast at the Olimpiyskiy.

One of the pre-match surprises was an autograph session of Shakhtar defender Valerii Bondar. A food court, discussing the match with football experts, sports competitions, the opportunity to take a picture with the LaLiga trophy - this is not a complete list of entertainment for the fans this evening. Another highlight of the event was CyberTruck: the finals of CS:GO and Dota 2 esports competitions were held inside a huge transformer truck. After the game, the truck went to travel across every region of Ukraine to give people a festive atmosphere during the UEFA Euro 2020.
A few hours before the match, they held an Expert club Parimatch meeting dedicated to the start of Ukraine’s Euro campaign which was attended by FC Shakhtar director of football Darijo Srna and defender Valerii Bondar
