Striker Lassina Traore will continue his career at Shakhtar
The club signed a five-year deal with the footballer.
Centre-forward from Ajax
The first Burkina Faso player in Shakhtar's history began his career at Rahimo. At the age of 16, he became a footballer of Cape Town’s Ajax and made his first international appearance. In May 2019, Lassina made his debut in the Eredivisie for Amsterdam-based Ajax. Over three seasons in the Netherlands, he made 31 first-team appearances in all competitions and scored 12 goals.
