Difficult period

- The speed of the player movement in the first half was low. How were you going to score the necessary early goal?

- I think that in the first half we tried to attack with sufficient quality and score. We shouldn’t forget that Roma are a very good team: the players know how to defend well and were able to control us. It was very difficult. We ran, fought, but, unfortunately, we suffered a defeat. This is far from what we wanted. We just work on! It’s very important to win the league title.

- There were few dangerous moments, and in general, Shakhtar have not always been doing well in attacking terms lately. Why is that?

- We are very well opposed. And we don’t always manage to make perfect decisions. We should improve this component. We know that we are going through not the best times. However, all the teams in the world go through some difficult periods. That’s us now. Only hard work in a big union, family, will help up cope with the situation.

- Many fans write in the comments that Shakhtar is in crisis now ...

- Because the result doesn’t come ... People can express their opinions, but the team try hard, work daily, and only in this way, through work, we can successfully get out of this situation. It’s clear that the fans are used to seeing Shakhtar as the champions, the winners. That’s not always possible, but we will try to get back to this and delight our fans again.
