- How did you manage to balance your play to deliver such a decent performance in the match against Shakhtar?

- The footballers approached well and properly the ten days that we had for the preparation. We did a very good amount of work, in particular the running work. We watched many videos of Shakhtar’s play and studied it well. Plus we took advantage of our scoring chances. Much credit for this goes to the guys.

- No, the thing is that, on the contrary, in that situation we tried to calm Nych down so that he would continue working instead of blaming himself for the unscored goal. He benefits the team so much. He didn’t stop, he joined in the action and, by and large, God rewarded him. Nych scored a wonderful goal. I think the main thing was to calm the guys down.

- Did you go there for a win?

- Of course we wanted to at least to secure a draw. But the game turned out well for us, and we earned the three points that are important and necessary for the team.

- Was it physically tough in the last minutes? Because you started playing defensively just in the end.

- I think it was really difficult throughout the match. But the guys coped with the excitement, kept the discipline, were well focussed, which brought the result.
