Shakhtar conducted a training session in Milan on the eve of the match vs Inter
The Stadio Giuseppe Meazza is preparing to host the UCL group stage MD5 game. About 60 thousand spectators are expected to fill the stadium stands on Wednesday evening.
The Miners arrived in Milan on Monday evening and tested the pitch on Tuesday. The first 15 minutes of training were traditionally open for media – a large number of Italian and Ukrainian reporters watched the team at work. The whole pre-game session lasted 50 minutes. The footballers had a warm-up and practiced in the squares, then they had a small-sided game and shooting practice.
The Inter vs Shakhtar match kicks off at 19:45 Kyiv time on November 24. The Orange-and-Blacks still have chances to continue competing in the tournament: in two matches they need to claim wins, along with favourable outcomes in the games involving the group leaders Real Madrid.
