Serhiy Atelkin passed away exactly a year ago today
In honour of the legendary striker, FC Shakhtar is organizing a children's football tournament. It will take place at the V. Bannikov Training Center in Kyiv on October 9.
The tournament will involve children aged seven and eight who attend the Shakhtar Football Schools in Kyiv, Brovary and Vinnytsia.
Serhiy Atelkin played for Shakhtar from 1990 to 2002 (spells), made 265 appearances and scored 82 goals. He died on the night of October 1, 2020. Mr Atelkin was 48 years old ...
