The team continue a series of games as part of Shakhtar Global Tour for Peace
Shakhtar players have started preparations for the third charity match of the Shakhtar Global Tour for Peace. On Saturday April 16, the team led by Roberto De Zerbi held a training session at the base of the national team of Turkey in Riva. The session consisted of a warm-up, squares, ballwork, and game exercises.
Let us remind you that on April 19, Shakhtar will play a charity match against Turkey’s Fenerbahce. The encounter kicks off at 17:00 at the Sukru Saracoglu stadium in Istanbul. The game will be aired live on the Futbol 1 channel and the club’s YouTube channel. The tickets priced from TRY 50 to TRY 200 are available now.
All proceeds from the sale of tickets and advertising will be donated to Ukrainian citizens, volunteer organizations and doctors. The funds will also be used to help the Ukrainian children affected by the war.
It should be noted that about UAH 1.4 billion has already been donated by SCM businesses, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation and the Shakhtar football club to help Ukraine and Ukrainians during the first 40 days of the war alone.
