USD 136K raised by Sorare to help Ukraine

FC Shakhtar’s partner Sorare summed up the results of the Stand for Peace charity auction
As part of the auction, they issued a limited series of exclusive blockchain cards featuring Shakhtar players which resulted in raising USD 136,000 for humanitarian purposes. The club will use these funds to buy emergency aid, including medicines, food, clothes, and other essential items for Shakhtar's Shelter Centre at the Arena Lviv.
FC Shakhtar expresses its gratitude to Sorare and its community for organizing the Stand for Peace charity event. Thanks to your support, Ukraine is getting one step closer to peace every day.
We would like to remind you that Sorare is an open fantasy football game where managers can trade and exchange official digital blockchain images of football players. In April 2020, Shakhtar became the first Ukrainian club to join the Sorare fantasy football game of the future.
