In an interview with Shakhtar TV, the midfielder Manor Solomon spoke about the operation he had had in the USA and mentioned the timeframe of his return to the general group
- Manor, you missed the first part of the training camp. How do you feel now?
- I had some recurrent issues for a long while, I suffered a lot due to them. Finally, they found out the reason behind it and send me to the US to be operated on. Everything went well, I almost recovered and will return to the general group literally in a week.
- How was the recovery going and what’s your training focus now?
- The first part of my recovery took place in the United States and Israel, it included a light workload. Currently, I’ve been working out with the club’s fitness coach. That’s a really hard job, I’ve got to run a lot. But I believe that I’ll be able to rejoin the general group in a week’s time.
- You haven't seen your teammates for a long time, how did they receive you?
- Indeed, we haven’t seen each other for nearly two months. You always experience special feelings and emotions after such a long break. I’ve been happy to see again both my teammates and all the staff of the club, the coaching staff. I'm already looking forward to training with them and enjoying football to the fullest!
