Roman Zaiev turns 53

Mr. Zaiev became the coach of Shakhtar women's team in July 2021. From the very first training sessions, the coach proved himself to be an excellent specialist and motivator, he passed his confidence and will to win to the ladies. Under Zaiev's leadership, Shakhtar cruised through the first part of the season, winning all 10 matches with a total goal difference of 89-0.
