Come On, Let’s Play! Opening of the second ground in Brovary

Shakhtar Social Foundation and the project partner DTEK organize trainings for children
The opening of another Come On, Let's Play! project site took place in Brovary on July 20.
This is the second location in the city where children can play football for free under the guidance of coaches from the Shakhtar Social Foundation. 15 children took part in a training session at the new ground. A total of over 30 girls and boys aged 7 to 12 will be training here. The children and coaches are provided with all the necessary equipment for training.
The guys from Brovary train together with the displaced children who, due to active hostilities, were forced to leave their homes in Volnovakha, Kharkiv, Kramatorsk, Kermenchyk (Donetsk region), and Severodonetsk.
The Come On, Let’s Play! project is being implemented by the Shakhtar Social foundation with the support of its general partner DTEK. Presently, nearly 1,000 children train in 13 settlements in Ukraine.
We want to point out that from February 24 to July 1, SCM businesses, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation and FC Shakhtar have granted more than UAH 2.7 billion or about USD 90 million to help Ukraine and Ukrainians, with the amount increasing daily. Humanitarian aid has already reached over three million people.
