FC Shakhtar, jointly with its European partners, continues gathering humanitarian aid for Ukraine. In April, as part of the Shakhtar Global Tour for Peace, a charity game between Lechia and Shakhtar was held in Gdansk, Poland. They managed to raise over UAH 2.5 million through this match. These funds were transferred to the Fundacja Gdańska charitable organization to provide 800 Ukrainian refugees in Gdansk with essential items, as well as to bring the humanitarian cargo to Shakhtar's Shelter Centre at the Arena Lviv.

On June 1, more than 20 tonnes of humanitarian aid was delivered. It includes food, beverages, hygiene items, disposable tableware and household appliances. The aid was delivered with the support of the Fundacja Gdańska charitable organization as part of the Gdańsk Pomaga aid campaign, the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk stadium, the Ukrainian Consulate in Gdansk and the Miasto Gdańsk City Hall represented by Aleksandra Dulkiewicz.

As the issue remains relevant, the campaign to collect aid will continue until the end of hostilities, supporting the people of Ukraine.
