6,000 food sets have been formed and sent by the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation for Kharkiv residents

The aid is intended for the residents of the city who have been most affected by the war, it will also be given to people who are forced to live at underground stations due to shelling. The kits include essentials such as flour, pasta, sugar, canned stew meat, pâté and biscuits. Representatives of local authorities supervise the sets distribution. In general, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation will hand 100,000 food kits over to the residents of Eastern Ukraine.
 
Assistance is provided as part of the Rinat Akhmetov – Saving Lives programme. Over the 16 years of its operation, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation has helped 8 million people survive, of which 3.5 million were saved in the Donbas.
