The news from Ukraine
The thirteenth day of the Ukrainian people’s heroic resistance to the Russian military invasion continues.
The enemy continues the offensive operation against Ukraine with the support of aircraft and the use of high-precision weapons.
The main efforts of the occupiers are still on creating conditions for the capture of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Mariupol, Mykolayiv and their access to the administrative borders of Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
At the same time, there are signs of readiness of the military-political leadership of the Republic of Belarus for the possible large-scale participation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus in hostilities against Ukraine on the side of the Russian Federation. Partial regrouping of the ground forces and SSO of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus has been carried out. In particular, in the area of Brest, there is one BTG of the 38th assault airborne brigade (Brest) and one BTG of the 103th independent airborne brigade (Vitebsk); in the area of Oleksandrivka (the area of the border checkpoint near the settlement of Vilcha, Kyiv region), there are two BTGs of the 38th assault airborne brigade; in the area of Kirovo (Polissya Radiation Reserve), there are two BTGs of the 103th independent airborne brigade.
The level of combat readiness of the above-mentioned units has been raised, but the morale and mental state of the personnel is extremely low. Most servicemen are aware of the further actions and do not want to fight on the side of the RF Armed Forces.
Consolidated units 29, 35, 36 A and the Airborne Forces still stay on the border in the Poliske – Demydiv area.
In the direction of Dymer settlement, there are units of the of 98th airborne division and of the 45th separate special forces brigade, with no active action observed.
In the area of Bucha settlement, the enemy is trying to retain the city using the units from the BTG 76 and of the 98th airborne division of the Airborne Forces, while units of the 155th separate brigade have been pulled back to restore their combat capability.
To conduct offensive operations in the direction of Fastiv settlement, the enemy brings in additional forces.
In the direction of Ivankiv settlement, the enemy continues conducting an offensive using units of the occupying forces of the 35th Army jointly with the 36th separate motor rifle brigade (Borzya) of the 29th Army.
After suffering significant losses, they recover the combat capability of their BTGs of the 106th airborne division and the 98th airborne division in the area of Irpin settlement.
The enemy is trying to block Chernihiv with the help of units of the 2nd and 41st Armies, and the 90th tank division of the Central Military District.
The main forces of the 74th separate motor rifle brigade continue to restore the pontoon crossing and will soon try to cross the Desna River.
In the Hlukhov district, the enemy tried to organize an offensive from the previously created frontier with forces of up to five BTGs of he 90th Infantry Division and four BTGs from the 2nd Army of the Central Military District. They were unsuccessful, and the offensive was stopped.
Due to irreparable losses in the Kharkiv area, units of the 25th separate motor rifle brigade (Luha) of the 6th Army left the combat area and returned to the area near Nekhoteevka settlement in Belhorod region to implement measures aimed at restoring their combat readiness.
Up to seven BTGs of the 1st and 2nd AKs and the 150th motor rifle division of the 8th Army of the occupiers do not give up the idea of conducting offensive operations in the direction towards Dnipro and Zaporizhia in order to reach the administrative borders of Donetsk Oblast. An unsuccessful attempt to attack us in the area of Troyitske settlement followed. The enemy is trying to resume the offensive and capture Mariupol. They advanced two BTGs of the 71st motor rifle regiment (Kalynivska) of the 42nd motor rifle division to Hulyaipole settlement near Orikhiv.
By using forces of up to one BTG, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the direction of Ternivka settlement, suffering significant losses and returning to the areas of concentration near the settlements of Kapustyne, Balovne, and Novomatviyivske.
The enemy did not take any active action in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas. Missile strikes on government and military targets from the Black Sea Fleet and Caspian Flotilla ships are likely to occur.
Together we will win! Let’s keep the ranks! Victory will be ours!
Glory to Ukraine!
