– Was the victory not easy?
– Yes, the match was not easy, as always, but we took three points and we are satisfied with that. The game and the goals were difficult, but the scoring attacks were exemplary. Such goals will help the boys and give them more confidence. I am grateful to the team for their preparation, although the first half was sleepy, we managed to play more aggressively only in the second one.
– Did replacement of Bako affect the course of play as several performers were forced to change their positions on the field at once?
– The opponents acted very tightly and aggressively from the first minutes, resulting in replacement of Bako. Though, Bundash had to be replaced in the first half, but this replacement was not forced.
– How did you get out of a difficult personnel situation: Yushchenko and Rosputko are injured and Drozd was disqualified?
– These boys lead the team play and ensure quality both in attack and defence. But there are reserves, these guys got playing time today and I think they did well. It was necessary to adjust during the game, but I am satisfied with our actions on the field, although we should be more confident in our abilities.
– Did the opponents manage to surprise because there were not so many chances near their goal in the first half?
– I would say that we gave too much space, that's why everything looked like that. It's good that the boys listened to us during the break and were more aggressive at pressing and positional play in the second half.
– How important is the victory against Metalist from the point of view of psychology?
– This game will give us confidence, but we still have plenty of matches where we should prove ourselves and achieve the desired results.
