Shakhtar Social and SkyUp Airlines visited the children in Lviv Oblast
Shakhtar Social and the Shakhtar Academy coach together with the club's air travel partner SkyUp Airlines visited The Borodianka Centre for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation in Myrcha.
This village was under Russian occupation from February to March 2022. The enemy soldiers set up a headquarters on the territory of the local gymnasium.
The event was also attended by children from Myrcha Gymnasium and Kachalivka Comprehensive School. The partners not only prepared gifts for everyone, but also organized a real day of professions. Boys and girls had the opportunity to learn a lot of interesting things about the work of flight attendants and pilots of the airline, and the Shakhtar Academy coach arranged an entertaining training session and told what the professional life of an athlete is like. In addition, the children took part in a thematic quiz prepared by the SkyUp Airlines and Shakhtar Social teams. Fun and interesting questions made the game exciting and the winners received special prizes.
