Shakhtar women’s team conducted a final training session at the first training camp
On January 28, an hour and a half training session was held at the Academy base in Shchaslyve.
The girls started with a 15-minute warm-up, and then they worked with the ball, while the goalkeepers trained according to the individual program. During the main part of the training session, the outfield players were divided into two teams: initially to practice transition from defence (for two goals), and at the end the team played a small-sided match.

During the second training camp, the workloads will be similar to those expected during the season

– At the start of the session, we warmed up, then practised a short passing complex. Later, there was work with the ball and a small-sided game. We are gradually switching to the training regime, so we are not in perfect shape yet. I think that already during the second training camp, the workloads will be similar to those expected during the season.
