33-year-old footballer will spend the next season at the club
Shakhtar defender Yaroslav Rakitskyi signed a new contract with the club. The deal is effective until June 30, 2024.
We remind that Yaroslav Rakitskyi is a Shakhtar graduate. He played for the first team of the Orange-and-Blacks from 2009 to 2019, he joined the Miners in the spring of 2022 to participate in charity matches of the Shakhtar Global Tour for Peace, and then finally returned to the club in January 2023. In total, the legendary defender has made 340 appearances and scored 16 goals for the Pitmen. Yaroslav Rakitskyi won 20 trophies together with Shakhtar.
