Shakhtar women’s team are preparing for the championship MD14 clash with Kryvbas
On March 22, Shakhtar women’s team had an hour and a half trainings session at the Academy base in Shchaslyve.
The girls traditionally started with a warm-up and special running work to develop a distance speed. Roman Zaiev focused mostly on finishing actions: the players shot on target after passing at first and then practiced mid-rangers. At the end of the session, everyone received tactical instructions on the team actions on the field.

There is very little time left before the match against Kryvbas, so we need to prepare well because the opponents are serious

– We had a warm-up at the beginning of the session and then there was some running work. But we worked more with the balls to organize certain game aspects which may be useful already in the next match.
