On Friday, November 10, Shakhtar women’s team held an intensive training session as the part of their weekly cycle of preparation for the match against Vorskla.
The session at the Academy lasted about 2 hours. It traditionally began with a running warm-up, then the girls performed a series of exercises focusing on short and middle passes with finishing, and at the end they played a small-sided game using a mini-goal.
