Shakhtar's training session: the team resumed training

The Miners went back to work and are preparing for a friendly match against Rukh without internationals
On November 18, Shakhtar conducted a training session at the training centre of Emily Resort hotel complex. Currently, 3 goalkeepers and 15 outfield players are training under the guidance of the head coach of the Orange-and-Blacks Marino Pusic, including youth team players, whom the Bosnian mentor has involved in the work with the first team.
Today's session started with a visit to the gym, where the Miners performed a set of exercises for different muscle groups. Then everyone moved to the football field, and after the traditional warm-up and squares they proceeded with working on playing aspects and combination actions. Separately, the coaching staff suggested that the team should practise transition from the defence and certain tactical elements.
The test match between Shakhtar and Rukh is scheduled for Monday, November 20, it will take place on the field of the FC Rukh training centre. The meeting kicks off at 14:00. The fans of the Miners will be able to watch the game on the club's YouTube channel.
