Antwerp vs Shakhtar: information on receiving tickets and attending the match

Dear fans, we are addressing you with an important announcement!
The UEFA Champions League group stage MD2 game between Antwerp and Shakhtar will take place on October 4 in Belgium. The meeting will be held at the Bosuilstadion. It kicks off at 18:45 local time.
Fans who have paid for their match tickets at shakhtar.com must personally exchange their voucher for an away section ticket (subject to the host side rules) on the day of the match between 15:30 and 17:30 local time at Parking Spoor Oost.

Important! Fans who have not exchanged their voucher will not be admitted to the match.
Please strictly follow the instructions on exchanging a voucher for a ticket and fan logistics:
1. Each fan must personally arrive at Parking Spoor Oost between 15:30 and 17:30 local time. Vouchers will be exchanged for tickets exactly at this place.
2. One voucher will be exchanged for one ticket and only upon presentation of a valid passport under which the voucher is registered.
3. A voucher does not give the right to enter the stadium, only the ticket gives such a right!
4. All fans without exception will be taken by buses to the stadium directly to the match from Parking Spoor Oost.
5. Please note that the local police, in according with the decision of the City Council of Antwerp, have prohibited the use of any other type or method of getting to the stadium for the match for FC Shakhtar fans, except for these buses, which will bring all fans of our club from Parking Spoor Oost to the stadium. Including for this, it is forbidden to walk or use private or rented cars or taxis. After the match, all our fans will be returned to Parking Spoor Oost by the same buses that they used to get to the stadium before the match.
6. Also, please have a responsible attitude to the ban on visiting the security perimeter around the stadium on the day of the match. The local police will closely monitor that only fans with vouchers enter this area and only when going to Parking Spoor Oost to exchange a voucher for a match day ticket.
7. We understand that these measures look quite harsh and they really are. We tried to negotiate with the host side to simplify the procedure for attending the match for our fans, but the decision of the City Council of Antwerp regarding security measures during this match unfortunately cannot be changed – it has become legally binding and must be followed by both our club and the Antwerp FC, the local police and all parties involved.
8. Toilets and fast food will be arranged in the fan accommodation area.
These rather strict measures are also aimed at protecting our fans from potential aggressive actions by local active fans.
Please understand the requirements of the host side and faithfully follow the above instructions. It will make it possible to avoid dangerous situations and misunderstandings with the local police or active fans of the hosts.
