There are many players in the Kharkiv team who have experience not only in the games of the Ukrainian Championship, but also abroad and in the national teams, so it will not be easy.

Metalist 1925 successfully started the spring part of the season, defeating Kolos (1-0) and Ladomyr (7-0). Volodymyr Piatenko's team are in the 4th spot in the table with 26 points after 13 rounds played (8 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses, goal difference: 29-16). During the two-week international break, the Kharkiv outfit held a friendly match against Mariupol (3-1), which allowed the coaching staff to use those who get less playing time, as a certain part of the players joined the Ukraine national team also coached by Volodymyr Piatenko.
