Shakhtar’s training camp: intensive work at the training session

The Miners continue preparing for the new season in Brdo, Slovenia
On Friday, July 12, Shakhtar players had a high-intensity morning training session. It started with a 30-minute activation in the gym, after which the team worked for another 1 hour and 40 minutes on the football field.
The main session consisted of a standard warm-up, squares, a series of exercises to practise defensive and offensive actions performed in two groups. Also, Marino Pusic’s coaching staff offered the lads game tasks. A mini-tournament involving 3 teams was held at the end.

We remind that the Orange-and-Blacks will have another pre-season clash on July 14. Shakhtar will play a test match vs Rizespor. It kicks off at 18:00 Kyiv time.
