Shakhtar’s training camp: the team are working on tactics

The Orange-and-Blacks are getting ready for the season in Slovenia
On July 24, Shakhtar footballers had another training session at the camp in Slovenia. In the morning, the players visited the fitness centre, where they exercised various muscle groups, and then continued their work on the field.
Today, the Pitmen’s head coach Marino Pusic and his coaching staff offered their men the following programme: warm-up, squares for ball control, exercises for developing offensive actions and transition from defence. The main part of the session was devoted to work on tactics. At the end, they held a mini-tournament with three teams of 7 players each plus a neutral footballer.

We remind that Shakhtar will play two test matches against Dinamo Zagreb on July 26 and 27. Both games will take place in the capital of Croatia. They kick off at 20:00 Kyiv time. Friendlies of the Orange-and-Blacks at the training camp are streamed on Shakhtar’s YouTube channel and FC Shakhtar mobile app (App Store and Google Play) in the Live section.
