The team started preparing for the 2024/25 season
Shakhtar’s summer training camp started on June 24. The coaching staff and players, except for the members of the national teams, gathered in Brdo, Slovenia. There, at the sports base of the local national team, the champions of Ukraine will prepare for the official matches of the new season.
Currently, there are 31 footballers at the training camp of the Miners, including several youth team players. Today, Marino Pusic’s team held the first training session: first, they worked out in the gym, and then moved to the pitch, where they did running work and passed the fitness test.
On Tuesday, the training programme of the Pitmen will continue, and soon the Orange-and-Blacks will play the first friendly game. Information on test matches will be published soon – follow the news on the official website and the club’s social media pages.
We note that Shakhtar’s summer training camp in Slovenia will continue until July 28.
