FC Shakhtar support programme: equipment for the lyceum in Boiarka

Prestige Academic Lyceum was selected as part of the long-term programme of FC Shakhtar
Shakhtar women’s team players Diana Kravchuk and Lidiia Zaborovets, together with the Shakhtar Social foundation, visited the Boiarka Prestige Academic Lyceum. There is a football group on the basis of the lyceum where boys and girls of different age groups play. The footballers came to personally give a set of sports equipment consisting of balls, bibs, agility ladders, etc. The girls also played mini-football with the children, answered their questions, gave autographs and took photos.
Yevhen Lukin, Prestige Academic Lyceum football coach:
– A very bright event for our small town and lyceum, we are very grateful to Shakhtar for their help. The players of the club played, chatted and gave sports equipment to the children, which will motivate them to a certain extent and contribute to their development. The children received many positive emotions, for them this meeting will remain unforgettable. Our sports group needed help because previously we bought sports equipment at the expense of the parents' committee. There was not enough equipment and it was not designed for professional football sessions, however, I am grateful to the management for providing the premise and time for training.

We need to help each other because not everyone has the opportunity to do what they love. Shakhtar provides this opportunity to children from all over the country as children are our future
