Ukraine women’s national team will play 2 Euro 2025 qualifiers
Ukraine women’s national team head coach Volodymyr Piatenko announced the squad that will take part in the training camp and the European Qualifiers against Wales.
23 footballers have been called up by the women’s national team including Shakhtar striker Yelyzaveta Molodiuk.
The team will gather in Kyiv on May 26 to go to Rzeszow, Poland, where they will have their training camp ahead of the European Qualifiers. The first clash with Wales will take place at the Parc-Y-Scarlets in Llanelli on May 31. The return leg will be played at the Rodan-Groklin Stadium in Grodzisk Wielkopolski on June 4.
We remind that the Euro 2025 qualification will take place according to the League of Nations format. There is no direct way to the Euro 2025 from division B, so the Blue-and-Yellows must finish in the top 3 in the group with Croatia, Kosovo and Wales to advance to the play-offs.
