Children from Donetsk Oblast will attend the Champions League final in London

Shakhtar continues to support Ukrainian children during the war in the country
FC Shakhtar and the Shakhtar Social foundation will organize a trip to the UEFA Champions League final for 5 children – participants of Come On, Let's Play! project. It will take place at Wembley Stadium in London on June 1.
Among the children who will attend the main event of the year in club football are IDPs from Donetsk, Bakhmut, Horlivka, Makiivka and a resident of Dobropillia.
Inna Khmyzova, Director of Shakhtar Social CO:
– Supporting children has always been a priority of the Shakhtar Social foundation. Today, in the conditions of a full-scale war, Ukrainian children need special attention and help, so much the more the displaced children and those living in the front-line territories. We try to do our best so that even in such difficult times they feel the joyful emotions that football gives us. That is why we decided to give Ukrainian children a unique opportunity to attend the Champions League final and experience the atmosphere of a real football holiday. We would like to thank our partners at the UEFA Foundation for helping to organize this trip. We are sure that the trip to the main football match of the season will give children a lot of positive and bright impressions and will be remembered for a lifetime.

– I really like football and practice in the Come On, Let's Play! group. I always wanted to attend a big football match and when I found out that I will go to the Champions League final, it's just incredible! I still can't believe it. You can say that my dream came true!
