Shakhtar hosted Chornomorets in the match of the 27th round of the UPL
Head coach of the Miners Marino Pusic made only one forced substitution in the starting line-up compared to the previous game: Yaroslav Rakitskyi replaced suspended Valerii Bondar in the centre of defence. The hero of the previous meeting of the teams, Marlon Gomes, also played from the first minutes.
Defender of Ukraine Albert Tkachenko (call sign Christmas), a soldier of the 6th battalion of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine, took the first symbolic kick.
Double attack by Sudakov and Sikan
The Miners traditionally started the match powerfully, and they had several goal-scoring opportunities already in the opening 5 minutes. Even before the break, the Orange-and-Blacks could have secured a crushing victory, but Zubkov did not kick the ball properly when he tried to make the scorpion kick, and Kevin’s shot under the left post was turned for a corner by the goalkeeper of the visiting team.

We will have the Ukrainian Clasico in the next round of the Premier League. Shakhtar vs Dynamo match will be held on Saturday, May 11, in Lviv. The game will take place at the Arena Lviv with a limited number of spectators and will kick off at 18:00.
