The Miners switch from the Champions League to the UPL
Shakhtar players are preparing for the scheduled match of the Ukrainian League against Obolon, which will take place on Monday. Today, September 21, the team had a training session in Lviv.
First, the coaching staff conducted a theory session with analysis of the last game against Bologna and video analysis of the future opponent. After the traditional warm-up, head coach of the Orange-and-Blacks Marino Pusic suggested fun football relay races on the training field to the team to relieve the players’ stress a little. Then the work continued with a series of possession exercises in groups, and the main part of the session was dedicated to tactical practice.

On Sunday, the team will have another pre-game session. As a reminder, the match of the 7th round of the UPL between Shakhtar and Obolon will take place on September 23. The game at the Arena Lviv will kick off at 18:00.
