Spring football tournaments were held on the pitches of the United Together project
Football tournaments were held in Zaporizhzhia, Lozova (Kharkiv Oblast) and Shakhtarske (Dnipropetrovsk Oblast) in honour of the United Together project anniversary. More than 200 children took part in the competitions.
The project was launched in March 2024 in partnership between Shakhtar Social and The Sir Bobby Charlton Foundation. Over the course of the year, boys and girls aged 7 to 12 played football, received psychological support and participated in competitions. United Together became the first collaborative project of Shakhtar Social with English partners.
In total, more than 1,000 children participate in football training sessions from Shakhtar Social across Ukraine.
