Shakhtar newcomer Prosper Obah gave his first interview as a player of the club
– Welcome to the team! You have just officially become a Shakhtar player, so how are you feeling right now and what does this signing mean to you?
– I feel great. It’s a big step for me, so I’m very happy! Good feelings.
– What was your first reaction when you learned that Shakhtar was interested in you?
– Of course, I was pleasantly surprised. Shakhtar is a big club, so when I found out about the interest, I was a bit surprised.
– Tell us about yourself: which position do you play and what do you consider your strongest skills?
– My strongest qualities are speed, strength and shooting. And I play in all three attacking positions: left, right and centre forward.
– Have you spoken to any Shakhtar players about your transfer? And what do you know about the club in general?
– I haven’t spoken to anyone about my transfer yet. For me, it’s just incredible.
– What goals are you setting for yourself at Shakhtar and what do you hope to achieve with the team?
– I hope to help the club win titles – in Europe and the Ukrainian Championship. And I want to personally contribute to the team with my decisive actions.
