The Come On, Let's Play! pitch operates in Ladyzhyn thanks to the partnership between Shakhtar Social and DTEK
The location in Ladyzhyn (Vinnytsia Oblast) is somewhat special as it is one of the very first in the Come On, Let's Play! project and has been in operation since 2019 thanks to the partnership between Shakhtar Social and DTEK. Children regularly train three times a week and also participate in the Come On, Let's Play! football tournaments held in spring and autumn. More than 100 boys and girls, aged 7 to 12, have the opportunity to play football on the pitch.
Vladyslav Sadovnikov, a 10-year-old participant in the Come On, Let's Play! project in Ladyzhyn:
– Football is my favourite game! I really like training. When I come to the training ground, I feel happy because I have found many friends here who also like football. Doing sports improves my mood and gives me a lot of positive emotions.
The Come On, Let's Play! project unites more than 1,000 children across the country and is represented in 22 Ukrainian cities, with 22 football pitches in operation.
