The Brazilian forward will join the Miners at the training camp in Turkey
18-year-old forward Kauã Elias moves to Shakhtar from Brazilian Fluminense. The agreement with the player is effective for 5 years.
Kauã Elias is a graduate of the Fluminense Academy, for the junior and youth teams of which he played since 2017. On May 25, 2023, he made his debut as part of the main team. In total, the forward has 47 appearances, 8 goals and 2 assists at the senior level (30 matches, 6 goals and 2 assists in Brazilian Serie A, 7 matches in Copa Libertadores, 7 matches and 1 goal in Campeonato Carioca, 3 matches and 1 goal in Copa do Brasil). He is the winner of the Copa Libertadores (2023).
Since March 2023, he has been playing for Brazil U17 (12 matches, 9 goals), as part of which he became the winner and top goalscorer (4 goals) of the 2023 South American U17 Championship.
