Shakhtar U19: first friendlies at the training camp in Turkey

Since the beginning of the week, the Miners have been working intensively at the training camp in Belek, Turkey. The coaching staff of Shakhtar U19 has organised the process in such a way that the main focus was on the improvement of physical conditions by the players, so the programme consists of a large scope of aerobic and strength workloads to increase overall endurance. Training sessions are held twice a day: in the morning, the Pitmen perform a lot of running work, and in the evening, they focus on exercises with the ball.

During the next two days, there will be friendlies vs Serbian Cukaricki U19 and South Korean Gangwon U19, the meeting with whom will complete the first cycle of training camp. In general, the Orange-and-Blacks have an eventful programme, within which 5 opponents are already known:
