The Orange-and-Blacks are preparing for the European season resumption in Turkey
Shakhtar's training camp in Belek, where the champions of Ukraine arrived the day before, continues. On Sunday, January 5, the team conducted the second training session in the south of Turkey.
Before the start of the session, the coaching staff and teammates congratulated Dmytro Riznyk on winning the Shakhtar Player of the Year 2024 award, which head coach of the Miners Marino Pusic presented to the goalkeeper today. The session itself consisted of working in the gym, a warm-up on the pitch, possession exercises and tactical practice. In the end, a mini-tournament was held between three teams of seven players each. We note that all footballers are healthy and work in the general group.

As a reminder, Shakhtar are purposefully preparing in Turkey for the final matches of the UEFA Champions League league phase: against Brest (January 22) and Borussia Dortmund (January 29).
