Ukraine head coach Serhii Rebrov has announced the list of players called up to the national team’s camp for the upcoming games. There are six Shakhtar players among the 26 footballers: goalkeeper Dmytro Riznyk, defenders Mykola Matviienko, Valerii Bondar, midfielders Yehor Nazaryna, Artem Bondarenko, Heorhii Sudakov. Two more Miners – defender Yukhym Konoplia and midfielder Dmytro Kryskiv – are on the reserve list.
Ukraine will play two matches at the Canadian Shield friendly tournament – against Canada (June 7) and New Zealand (June 10). Both fixtures will take place at BMO Field in Toronto, which will host matches at the 2026 FIFA World Cup finals.
