On Saturday, November 29, Shakhtar players held a session at the training base in Lviv. The main focus was on recovery and preparation for the upcoming Ukrainian Premier League match against Kryvbas.
The players first completed their traditional activation in the gym with exercises targeting different muscle groups, after which the Orange-and-Blacks moved to the pitch, where the training programme included an active warm-up, possession drills, and work on tactics. Overall, the session lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes.

We remind that the Shakhtar vs Kryvbas UPL fixture will take place on Monday, December 1. The game at the Arena Lviv kick off at 18:00.
