Shakhtar player met with the club’s supporters in Kyiv
Shakhtar, together with club partner L’Oreal Men Expert, organised a fan meeting with the Orange-and-Blacks’ defender Valerii Bondar. The event, held at the Respublika shopping mall in Kyiv on Sunday, September 14, was attended by around 150 fans.

– First of all, I would like to thank the club and our partners for this initiative! I’m glad this meeting took place, with so many children and adult fans present. It’s important for players to communicate with supporters, hear their opinions – it brings us together. I believe that events like this will help us gain even more fans, and perhaps even attract supporters of other teams to our side.
The interaction between fans and the player took place in a friendly and open atmosphere. Supporters were interested in various topics related to Shakhtar, the national team and Bondar’s personal life. They asked about the team’s new signings and head coach Arda Turan. Everyone also had the chance to take a photo with Valerii Bondar and get his autograph, while the most active participants won branded gifts from the club’s partner.
