Shakhtar’s U19 defender Dmytro Strilchuk spoke about the victory over Rukh U19 and shared his expectations for the decisive part of the season
– It was a difficult game, we slightly changed the formation and played without wingers, which made it challenging, as I had to cover the right flank along the entire touchline. However, we were prepared for this and knew that Rukh U19 would try to apply pressure. We had the task of breaking this press with two or three passes and moving into the final third, without allowing the opponents to press near our goal.

– Indeed, a very important stretch of the season lies ahead. We want to win the championship this year as we have been silver medallists in the competition for three consecutive years. And I would most like to face Dynamo U19 because they are our main rivals.
