I managed to regain my strength, took a short break from my studies and now I’m returning to training in a good, work-focused mood
Yehor Onishchuk, defender:

– The holiday went very well. Being with family is always good, calm and pleasant. I managed to have a proper rest, recharge and spend time usefully for both body and mind.

– Did you maintain your physical fitness during the break and how do you assess your condition ahead of the training camp?
– Of course! I did running work and worked out in the gym. I managed to regain my strength, took a short break from my studies and now I’m returning to training in a good, work-focused mood.

– An intensive training camp lies ahead, followed by the second half of the season. What goals do you set for yourself?
– During this period, my main goal is to work as effectively as possible at the training camp, improve my physical condition and playing qualities. I aim to progress consistently, work carefully on my mistakes and be as useful to the team as possible. I set myself the task of performing confidently and consistently, meeting the coaching staff’s requirements and helping the team achieve the objectives set.
