The Miners are preparing for the UEFA Conference League match
On March 11, ahead of their away European tie against Polish side Lech, FC Shakhtar footballers tested the pitch the Poznan Stadium, which will host tomorrow’s game.
According to UEFA regulations, the first 15 minutes of the Orange-and-Blacks’ training session were open to the media, who were able to watch Arda Turan’s squad warm up and work with the ball in a shared square. After that, the session continued behind closed doors: the team practised ball control, passing, game-based exercises and shooting. In total, they trained about an hour.
We remind you that the first leg of the UEFA Conference League Round of 16 between Lech and Shakhtar will take place at the Poznan Stadium in Poznań (Poland) on Thursday, March 12. It kicks off at 19:45 Kyiv time.
