The second leg of the UEFA Conference League quarter-finals between AZ Alkmaar and Shakhtar will take place on April 16 in Alkmaar (Netherlands). The game at the AZ Stadion kicks off at 18:45 local time.
Tickets for the away fixture of the Orange-and-Blacks are now on sale on the official website shakhtar.com. The price is EUR 20.
Important information on receiving tickets
During the sale, a voucher system with subsequent exchange for tickets will be used. At the request of the host club and the local authorities of Alkmaar, entry to the stadium for away fans will be possible exclusively with paper tickets.
Receiving process
1. Purchasing a voucher at tickets.shakhtar.com
After payment, fans receive a voucher. It is not an entry pass to the stadium, but only confirms the right to exchange it for a paper ticket.
2. Exchange in the fan zone
An official Shakhtar fan zone will be organised for supporters on matchday in Alkmaar. This is where fans will be able to exchange their voucher for a paper ticket.
3. Transport to and from the stadium
At the request of the host side, due to security measures, specially organised buses will operate from the fan zone to the stadium. Please note that departure after the match will also be by bus, meaning Shakhtar fans will not be able to leave the stadium independently. Please take this into account when planning your trip.
Each supporter will receive detailed information about the fan zone location individually at the email address provided during registration closer to the match date.
All tickets are personalised. Please ensure that the information you provide when placing your order fully matches the details in your documents. After payment, personal data cannot be changed.
